Program Description

Leading with Ethics and Integrity: The RAISE Model

In this very interactive course, participants will learn a new model for ethical decision-making that will enable them to practice professional responsibility in their daily activities. With the knowledge gained in the session, participants will be sure their decisions and those of others uphold high ethical standards. Using real case examples, participants will engage in problem-solving that supports farness and justice by exploring opportunities for diversity and inclusion.  The course also enables participants to better understand conflicts of interest and appropriate use of information.

Speaker Bio

Alfonzo D. Alexander, MBA, CPC

Alfonzo Alexander is the President & CEO of Alexander Success Group (ASG). Through ASG, Alexander and his team provide leadership development, strategic business consulting, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy development and training services for companies, associations, and organizations throughout the United States.  Alexander is a very popular speaker, averaging just over 50 speaking engagements each year.  Through his energetic and engaging presentations, he educates business professionals and college student audiences on leadership, strategy, ethics, and diversity.

In addition to leading ASG, Alfonzo serves as the President of MaxxContent, LLC, providing educational content to organizations and individuals throughout the United States.  He leads the NASBA Center for the Public Trust, serving as president of the ethics and leadership organization. He also leads ethics and diversity work at NASBA as the Chief Ethics and Diversity Officer.

Alexander is a business school graduate of Tennessee Tech University. He also earned an MBA from Lipscomb University and completed an Executive Leadership Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Alexander is certified through several organizations as a facilitator and is a certified professional coach through Coach Training Alliance. In 2017, he received the Distinguished Alumni award from Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business, and in 2019, he was featured in Southwest The Magazine.

Alexander has a passion for working in the community. Currently, he is the vice chairman of the PhD Project Board of Directors, and secretary and executive committee member of the board of directors for the Memorial Foundation. He is also a graduate and selection committee chairman member of Leadership Nashville. Because of his commitment to education, Alexander serves on the Board of Trustees for Belmont University, Dean’s Advisory Board for the Lipscomb University College of Business, Tennessee Tech University Foundation Board and Tennessee Tech University College of Business Advisory Board, and the board of directors of the Metropolitan Nashville Public Education Foundation. Additionally, Alexander is a current member and former chairman of Fellowship of Christian Athletes of Middle TN, past-chairman of the board for the 100 Black Men of Middle TN and a former member of the Metropolitan Nashville Sports Authority Board of Directors.
