Program Description

Generational Fluency --Understand and lead your multigenerational workforce

Amid one of the most disruptive times in history, workforce trends are changing daily.

Generational viewpoints provide a fascinating lens to discern current and future realities- turning chaos into clarity.

In this forward-thinking session, national speaker and author Jessica Stollings-Holder will empower you with the most recent insights to attract, recruit and retain each generation in the workforce and share tools to harness their collective strengths to fuel success today and into the future.

Specific-take-a-ways include:

  • Why generations are an important leadership competency today more than ever
  • How the unique journey of each generation has impacted its perspectives, expectations, and styles and how their strengths can be used to benefit your company
  • How COVID-19 has changed generations and how generations- in turn- are changing the workplace
  • How to respectfully engage each generation and combine their diverse strengths for success
