Program Description

Join us for an engaging and interactive session focused on current Organizational Development challenges and opportunities. This dynamic program features multiple OD topics impacting today’s workplace—from culture and change management to talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Unlike a traditional presentation, attendees will move through small-group discussions with table facilitators, allowing for deeper conversations and sharing personal experiences with real work examples and practical takeaways.  Opportunities will be provided for asking questions and collaborative brainstorming.

Each facilitator will share some of their experiences and approaches, inviting participants to discuss strategies they have applied. The focus will be on peer learning and experimentation.

Participants will leave with actionable insights and fresh perspectives to apply within their own organizations.

Don’t miss this opportunity to connect and explore innovative approaches to organizational development!
