In many organizations, safety and workers compensation are the responsibility of the HR team.  If not, HR plays an integral part when working on these issues.  Either way, every employee’s health, safety, and security is a top company concern.  In this member’s only breakfast meeting, you will hear from safety experts on what highly successful companies understand about safety, and what they’re doing about it.

Key topics include:

  • Supervisory safety leadership - indispensable for preventing claims and reducing impacts
  • Roles for Safety and Human Resources
    • Impact of onboarding, communication, skill development, reporting process and setting expectations
  • Practical, proven examples of tools for building and reinforcing safety culture
  • Guidelines to consider regarding managing FMLA with Workers’ Compensation
