Strategic and Long-Term Planning: How HR Can Make a Difference
Presented by Doug Sanville
One of the greatest challenges is balancing all the work you have to do with finding time to continue to learn, develop, and grow. Not to mention all that keeps you busy outside of work… For many of us this time of year marks the end of summer vacations and back to school. What better time to renew your focus on you?!
Would you like a roadmap for strategic planning on an organization wide basis as well as within the HR function? This session defines strategic planning and its benefits for organizations and outlines the steps in performing effective strategic planning. It provides practical tips for implementing long-term planning programs and closes with the discussion of the role of HR professionals, including how to approach strategic planning within the HR function itself.
Register Now to participate in discussion, lunch, & networking at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center on September 11, 2018 at 11:30-1:00.
Re-certification Credits: SHRM 1.0; HRCI 1.0 (pending)
