Program Description

"Recruiting And Retaining a Multi-Generational Workforce"

In today's ever competitive marketplace attracting not only top talent but the right talent seems to be more difficult and frustrating than ever before. With record lows in unemployment and the drastically changing hiring landscape even high profile employers are struggling as they compete to strategically fill key positions with the best prospects. The biggest frustration? Many of the tried and true recruiting tactics of the past are failing. With these realities, cutting edge organizations are learning how to change their approach and embrace new tactics for achieving success regardless of the current challenges. Through a willingness to let go of methods that are no longer effective and dedication to crafting a new strategy these organizations are not only recruiting a multi-generational workforce, they are retaining and developing it in a way that is more competitive than ever before.

Are you curious as to what they are doing differently? Then come see how changing your approach has the ability to drastically change your outcomes.
